Work In Sri Lanka is a purely volunteer driven organization that promotes and encourages people to return back and work in Sri Lanka and holds quarterly meet ups for people to network and share experiences. I also attended the conference in December 2013 where I was able to gain a lot of insights about the current state in the country at the time and also meet people who in turn eventually helped when I actually made the return back home. Thoughts from recent returnees - Work in Sri Lanka Conference 2014
